All orders made through the Website or Whatsapp Customer Care number will follow a pre-booking process. As part of this process, please note that the delivery of pre-booked products will take approximately 45 days from the date of the booking to be dispatched from our store.
We do not encourage return or refunds for any of our products as we take utmost care in ensuring high-quality standards for all our products.
However if any customer has received damaged or defective clothing,they can intiate a refund or exchange request within 24hrs of product receipt.
Please note that the received product must be unused and unwashed.
