1. How can I verify my order confirmation?

Once we receive the confirmation of your payment from the bank or payment applications, we will send you an email confirming your order with us.

2. Should I create an account to place an order online?

You need to have a Google account to place an order with us.

3. How can I place a customisation request online?

You can book an appointment with us for customisation requests through phone call or Whatsapp. If you do not live locally, you can make a virtual appointment via Zoom or Whatsapp.

4. Do you deliver to my location?

We deliver throughout India and internationally. For national shipments, we usually use DTDC and India Post. For international shipping, depending on the delivery locality, we opt for DHL or FedEx.

5. What are your delivery charges?

Delivery charges will be calculated based on your location. It will be displayed while checking out.

6. Is the Cash on Delivery option available?

No, we do not accept COD. You can opt for Net banking, Gpay, Phone pe or Paypal.

7. How do I track my order?

You can contact our customer care for any details regarding order progression. We will provide you with the tracking details on request.

9. Do I have to make an appointment to visit the Sakhi store?

For personal requests and customisation kindly take prior appointments with us.

10. What products do you customise?

We customise designer wear for special occasions like wedding, birthdays, baptisms and much more. We make traditional, western and fusion wear. You can have your wedding outfit designed and custom fitted with us. Our products include sarees, dresses, salwar suits, dresses, gowns and frocks. We cater to both women and children.

11. Can I cancel an order I have placed with you?

Once placed, you can cancel an order involving customisation request within the first 24h. However, we do not encourage the cancellation of orders for readymade products once placed.

12.Will I receive the product of the same quality and colour as displayed on the website?

We never compromise on the quality of our products. Only the best fabric and threads are used to create your garments with top-notch stitching.

Though we have tried to ensure the accuracy of the product colours displayed on our website, the colour of our actual products may slightly vary. Our use of professional photography and the type of monitor display at your end can also influence these variations. However, if present the variations will be insignificant.
