If you wish to cancel an order you have placed with us, kindly do so within 1-2 days of order placement. Cancellation requests for customised or Prebooked or personalised orders are not possible under any circumstance. We do not encourage returns or refunds for any of our products as we take utmost care in ensuring high-quality standards for all our products. However, if any customer has received damaged or defective clothing, they can initiate a refund or exchange request within 24h of product receipt. Exchanges are possible only if the same product is in stock with us. Please note that the received product must be unused and unwashed.
